Brian serves as Associate Pastor over worship and youth ministries at CBC. He also enjoys preaching on occasion and supporting other church ministries.

Brian comes from a wonderful family who instilled biblical teaching and values from childhood. Though he originally thought music would be his career, Brian felt called to the ministry after a life-changing season in college when God brought him through a period of doubt. After spending a year doing social work, Brian entered his seminary education, graduating from Dallas Theological Seminary in 2023 with a Master of Theology (Th.M.). Brian loves working with kids, students, and families and is passionate about communicating the whole story of Scripture as he teaches. He loves getting to work with youth alongside his wife, Sarah, who runs a discipleship ministry for teen and young adult women. They are champions of the next generation and consider it a privilege to walk alongside students and invite them into a joyful and meaningful relationship with Jesus.

Brian proudly supports the Nebraska Huskers (even when they lose), and the rest of the time he can be found reading about theology and culture, playing sports, fishing, and hanging out with his best friend, Sarah.
